The University of Michigan’s Michigan Medicine health system is renovating 87 patient beds in University Hospital and requires a vendor to supply, install, and support a full suite of audiovisual equipment. The scope includes providing LG‑brand patient TVs (32‑ and 50‑inch), sickbay clinical displays, employee information signage, associated Curbell pillow speakers, and an LG Pro: Centric server with feature‑license. The contractor must also deliver a five‑year total‑term service plan, collect detailed inventory data (serial numbers, MAC addresses), and resolve all punch‑list items before final acceptance.
