Description
The LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and commission complete audio‑visual (AV) systems for the Medical Education Building’s 6th and 7th floors. The scope includes design, procurement of equipment (Crestron control systems, displays, speakers, microphones, cabling, etc.), installation in multiple conference rooms, a lounge, a write‑up room, and way‑finding signage, as well as integration with a Crestron VC‑4 controller and a TS‑770 touch panel. The contractor must provide all necessary power, data, conduit, and floor‑penetration work, submit a one‑line design for approval, and adhere to manufacturer specifications, LSUHSC policies, and applicable state/federal regulations. The contract is an all‑or‑none bid; the lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be awarded a term contract that may be extended up to five additional 12‑month periods (maximum 60 months).
