Some key features of the job include: • Providing printing services for the entire County of Mercer • Printing items such as envelopes, brochures, letterheads, and business cards • Maintaining masters of commonly used Mercer County forms • Receiving, editing, and enhancing print jobs electronically from Mercer County agencies • Providing proofs for approval prior to mass production • Delivering printed items within 2 weeks of receipt of a purchase order, unless a separate delivery timeframe is agreed upon • Accommodating same-day print jobs • Providing graphic design services • Offering discounts for items not listed on the proposal page The successful bidder must be able to provide high-quality printing services, meet the required deadlines, and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
