The Stockton Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a lease‑leaseback site‑improvement project at Washington Elementary School. The work includes demolition of existing hard‑court, installation of new asphalt and concrete paving, storm‑drain and utility relocation, full irrigation system replacement, landscaping, sodding, and ADA‑compliant path‑of‑travel upgrades. The contractor must provide pre‑construction services, deliver a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and subsequently perform construction under a one‑year lease‑back arrangement.
