Managed IT Services and Infrastructure Administration

Sussex Academy is seeking a single‑vendor Managed IT Services provider to deliver end‑to‑end technology support for its K‑12 campus. The contract will cover on‑site staffing, 24/7 remote help‑desk, network and security operations, Google Workspace management, and coordination with the Delaware Department of Education. Proposals must be split into technical and financial sections and submitted as a PDF by the deadline. • Provide a dedicated School Technology Specialist onsite five days per week. • Operate a 24 × 7 × 365 Help Desk, NOC, and SOC with ticketing dashboards. • Manage Google Workspace for Education, endpoint protection, email filtering, and state agency data‑reporting. • Demonstrate capability to meet Delaware procurement diversity preferences (MBE, WBE, Veteran‑Owned).
