Robeson Community College (RCC) is seeking a single vendor to provide all‑inclusive janitorial services for its main campus (19 buildings) and four off‑site locations, covering approximately 215,856 sq ft. The contract will be for an initial three‑year term, with the vendor responsible for labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, consumables, and quality‑assurance reporting. Services include daily cleaning, restroom maintenance, periodic deep‑cleaning, waste removal, and emergency response, with strict compliance to safety, E‑Verify, and college policies. Vendors must be registered in North Carolina, submit a detailed cost proposal, and demonstrate financial stability and relevant experience.
