Description
The City of Mansfield, Texas, is seeking a qualified Production Company to provide audio-visual equipment rental and stage production services for all City of Mansfield large-scale special events in FY27. The contract will cover a one-year period, with options to renew for two additional years. The selected company will provide comprehensive, turnkey stage production services, including equipment rental, technical stage expertise, and production management. The events will take place in various locations around Mansfield, with varying technical requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
Some key events and their technical requirements include:
* Haunt The Block: PA system, background music, stage light package
* Veterans Parade: 4 speakers, choir mics, handheld microphones, plug-in systems
* Hometown Holidays: Rental stage, full stage light and sound package, LED screen
* Arts Week: Rental stage, stage lights and sound, ability to plug in accompaniment/backing tracks
* Music Alley: 3 performance areas, rental stages, full stage lights, sound, and backline package
* Juneteenth: Rental stage, stage lights, sound, and backline package
* Mansfield Rocks: Rental stage, full stage light and sound package, pre-recorded music track for fireworks display
