Professional Design Engineering Services for Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Implementation Grant Plan

The City of San Bernardino is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional design‑engineering services for Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) funded roadway safety improvements at five key locations. The scope includes preliminary engineering, NEPA documentation, utility and right‑of‑way assessments, and, if selected for the optional Phase 1, final design, subsurface utility engineering, utility relocation, and acquisition support. Deliverables consist of technical design packages, safety and performance reports, and permitting documentation.
