Foodservice Linen Services for the Encore Catering Department

The County is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide foodservice linen services for the Encore Catering Department. The services include providing linens such as napkins, tablecloths, and aprons, with specific quality and quantity requirements. The vendor must be able to deliver the linens within 3 days of order placement and assure 2 delivery days per week. The contract period is from August 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for two additional terms. The county reserves the right to reject any bid and to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor. • The vendor must provide a certificate of good standing with the state of Maryland. • The vendor must provide a completed principal document and vendor's affidavit of qualification to bid. • The vendor must provide three references for similar goods or services provided within the last 12-36 months. • The vendor must agree to complete any necessary vendor paperwork as required by the county. • The vendor must certify that their bid will be good for at least sixty days unless otherwise indicated in the bid specifications.
