SSC - A/E Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Agreement Pool - Roofing Design

The Texas A&M University System, via SSC Services for Education, is issuing an RFQ to pre‑qualify Architectural and Engineering firms that specialize in roof design for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) pool covering all system campuses and properties. Qualified firms will be placed on a standing pool and may be called on for individual roof‑design projects as needs arise; there is no guaranteed minimum contract value. Room 218, College Station, TX. • Required content: firm history, legal disclosures, management approach, five comparable project summaries, key personnel resumes, VetHUB subcontracting plan. • No minimum contract value; total anticipated spend ≥ $100 k over the life of the IDIQ. • Evaluation criteria: firm history (25 %), management approach (20 %), experience (30 %), work chart/organization (25 %). • Successful firms will use the ODR’s Trimble Unity Construct system for all project documentation and invoicing.
