Description
The City of Mission is establishing a pool of qualified architectural firms to provide architectural services for current and future municipal projects. Firms must submit qualifications demonstrating experience, professional staffing, insurance, and financial stability. The pool will be used to award individual project contracts as needs arise, allowing the City to quickly engage pre‑qualified firms without issuing separate solicitations for each task.
• Submit a sealed RFQ response by 2:00 PM CST on November 16, 2026.
• Attend the optional pre‑proposal conference on November 2, 2026 at 10:00 am to receive clarifications.
• Provide proof of licensing, insurance, past project examples, and staffing plans.
• All questions must be posted on the procurement portal by November 11, 2026.
