International Teacher Recruitment

Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools seeks a qualified organization to recruit, place, and support international teachers for its K‑12 schools over a five‑year period. The contractor will build global recruitment pipelines, verify credentials, manage J‑1 visa sponsorship (or partner with a sponsor), provide relocation and onboarding assistance, and deliver ongoing retention services. Quarterly performance reports and an annual program summary are required, with projected placements ranging from 25‑35 teachers in year 1 up to 50 teachers by year 5.
