Grand Jury Court Reporting Services; U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Texas

The United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Texas, is seeking court reporting services for grand jury and depositions. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the award is expected to be made in March 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing court reporting services, including recording and transcribing grand jury proceedings. The contractor must also comply with grand jury security measures and staffing accessibility requirements. • The contractor must propose a minimum number of court reporters depending on the location. • The contractor must submit a full list of all contractor personnel who will have access to grand jury material. • The contractor must provide information on the type of recording method/equipment being proposed and knowledge/implementation of Grand Jury security measures and staffing accessibility. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
