Advanced Fuel Accessories Test System (AFATS) 02-02 Upgrades

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a turn‑key upgrade of the Advanced Fuel Accessories Test System (AFATS) 02‑02 test stand and refurbish its associated calibration cart at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The work includes replacing hardware components (PLC, PC, power supplies, VAX 4000 system), installing new safety and environmental systems, developing LabVIEW‑based software, providing extensive documentation, and delivering operator and technical training. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, requires SAM registration, and mandates compliance with numerous safety, electrical, environmental, and cybersecurity standards, as well as a minimum two‑year warranty. • Replace/upgrade test‑stand hardware (PLC, PC, DAQ, power supplies, safety/environ. systems). • Refurbish and upgrade the non‑functional calibration cart, including full VAX 4000 replacement and new stainless‑steel tubing. • Deliver software (LabVIEW), manuals, drawings, training (operators, maintenance, calibration, software engineers), and a warranty of at least 730 days. • Perform acceptance testing, correlation testing, monthly status reports, and manage Government‑Furnished Property logistics.
