The Rhode Island Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey video surveillance system, including cameras, recording devices, and associated equipment, to support continuous monitoring at the North Smithfield Air National Guard Base. The system must include 6-8 PTZ cameras and 2 fixed cameras, with a minimum resolution of 1080p and night vision capability. The contractor will be responsible for installing and testing the system, as well as providing training and documentation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The system must be a stand-alone, closed-circuit system, not tied to DODIN/AFNET. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering all parts, labor, and on-site service. • The contractor must provide service contact and escalation procedures. • The system must be installed within 90 days of contract award.
