Citywide IT Staff Augmentation Services

The City of Cincinnati is establishing a multiple‑award, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide on‑demand IT staff‑augmentation and consulting services city‑wide. Vendors may submit qualifications for two categories – (1) IT staff augmentation covering a broad list of technical roles (e.g., programmers, database administrators, network engineers, business analysts, etc.) and (2) professional consulting services for projects such as network redesign, security assessments, data‑center design, and other IT implementations. The contract will be awarded to up to ten firms (five per category) and will have an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals, for a possible total of five years. The total contract ceiling is $5 million. Participants must provide two candidate resumes for each classification they wish to staff and will be evaluated on similar project experience, breadth of services, and key‑personnel qualifications.
