Assessments of Parents Residing in New York

The Department for Children and Families, Family Services Division is seeking to establish contracts with one or more suppliers to provide home study, family assessment, and case supervision services to support the permanency of Vermont youth whose parents reside in the State of New York. The contract will be for a period of five years with no renewal options. The State anticipates the start date for such contract(s) will be July 1, 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for providing home study, family assessment, and case supervision services. • The contractor will be required to provide services throughout the State of New York. • The contractor will be required to submit a technical proposal, price schedule, and certificate of compliance. • The State will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the services within the defined timeline and budget.
