Venues for Conferences and Community Events

The State of Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services is seeking professional‑service vendors to provide event venues (and related services) for a variety of conferences, trainings, community forums and other engagement events across the state. The contract will be open‑ended with multiple awards based on venue size, location and capabilities, and will run for a base term of two years with optional extensions. Vendors must supply Wi‑Fi, A/V equipment, hand‑sanitizer stations, 24‑hour pre‑event access, breakout rooms, lactation rooms, on‑site parking and catering (or allow third‑party catering) while prohibiting alcohol. The solicitation requires numerous mandatory forms, proof of insurance, business licensing, and a minimum 5 % discount on venue rates. Evaluation is pass/fail on compliance items, and award is expected in early September 2026. • Provide venue space ranging from 10 to 400+ attendees with appropriate breakout rooms and lactation facilities. • Supply or permit A/V and basic catering services (no alcohol) and ensure 24‑hour prior access for set‑up. • Submit required forms (transmittal, vendor info, non‑collusion, confidentiality, references, subcontractor list) and meet insurance, licensing and background‑check requirements.
