North Jetty Park Concession Services

The County of Sarasota is seeking a Concessionaire to provide operation and management of the Concession Area at North Jetty Park. The Concessionaire will be responsible for providing food and beverage services, as well as optional retail concessions, to park visitors. The Concessionaire must demonstrate experience in providing concession services, food services, restaurant services, or hospitality services within the last seven years. The initial contract term is expected to be three years. The Concessionaire will be required to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals, and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. The Concessionaire will also be responsible for maintaining the Concession Area in a clean and orderly condition, and for providing excellent customer service. • The Concessionaire must provide a diverse selection of quality food and beverage items, including healthy alternatives and specialty dietary options. • The Concessionaire must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances governing food preparation, food handling, sanitation, and food service operations. • The Concessionaire must maintain financial records and provide full access to the County within seven business days of request. • The Concessionaire must obtain and maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and liquor liability.
