Description
The Ascension Parish Government is seeking a qualified non‑profit or private soccer organization to serve as the sole provider for its youth and adult recreational and competitive soccer programs, and to operate the soccer facilities at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center. The contractor will be responsible for program management, facility scheduling, maintenance oversight, coaching, registration, event organization, and ensuring compliance with all local regulations. This re‑advertisement requires six hard‑copy proposals and an electronic copy via Central Auction House, with a submission deadline of November 30, 2026.
• Manage and operate the Lamar Dixon Expo Center soccer fields for both recreational and competitive play.
• Deliver youth and adult soccer programming, including leagues, clinics, tournaments, and community events.
