The Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service janitorial and custodial support for its Montgomery Center campus, which includes administration, training, warehouse, print shop, and fleet‑management facilities. The solicitation requires an itemized price proposal covering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual tasks, with a base contract term of twelve months and the possibility of up to four annual extensions. Attendance at a mandatory site visit on October 30, 2026 is required; failure to attend results in bid rejection. Questions must be submitted by November 6, 2026, and bids close on November 12, 2026.
