EVENT REGISTRATION, MANAGEMENT AND SPON

The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event management, registration, fundraising, and sponsorship coordination services for the 2026 Affordable Housing Summit. The event will be held on April 14-16, 2026, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, and is expected to convene approximately 500 affordable housing professionals. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a range of services, including registration management, event planning, fundraising, and sponsorship coordination. Key objectives of the event include increasing awareness of affordable housing issues, energizing support for state-of-the-art affordable housing programs, and promoting networking and collaboration among attendees. • Provide a secure, mobile-compatible online registration platform • Design, develop, and maintain a dedicated Summit website • Respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days • Collaborate with SC Housing to develop a detailed schedule • Identify and confirm speakers • Manage submissions and incorporate into event materials • Coordinate exhibitor/sponsor setup needs with the venue • Support continuing education unit (CEU) documentation if applicable • Design and print professional name badges for all attendees • Collect registrant accommodation and dietary requests • Arrange ASL interpreters and assistive technologies as needed
