This solicitation seeks vendors to provide on‑demand general facilities maintenance and painting services for Gwinnett County under an annual contract with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The work covers interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, pressure‑washing, sandblasting, water‑sealing, metal‑sign waxing, as well as a broad range of repair, replacement, minor construction, and maintenance tasks across county facilities. Bids are sealed, must be submitted by the physical deadline, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid; the County may split awards or waive technicalities. Vendors may subcontract up to 75 % of labor with prior approval and must meet stringent insurance, E‑Verify, and safety requirements.
• Section A – Painting: interior/exterior painting, surface prep, VOC‑compliant paints, equipment rentals (cost‑only) and a one‑year labor/material warranty.
• Section B – General Maintenance: carpentry, masonry, drywall, minor concrete work, trim, decking, etc., with a 5‑business‑day response requirement.
• Contract length: 1 year initially, with four optional 12‑month renewals; bidders must indicate anticipated price adjustments for each renewal.
• Submission: sealed physical envelopes to the Purchasing Division by 2:50 PM on October 21 2026; questions due by October 8 2026.
