Description
The City of Sandy is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design, furnish, install, program, test, and commission a permanent, programmable exterior architectural accent lighting system for the Arbor Building (126 W. Sego Lily Drive). The system must provide uniform, weather‑resistant illumination with color‑changing capabilities, be controllable by City staff, and include full documentation, training, and warranty support. The scope includes all materials (fixtures, tracks, wiring, controllers, power supplies, mounting hardware), labor, supervision, permitting, and coordination with City facilities. An optional alternate for steel‑awning lighting is also offered.
