The City of Cincinnati is seeking an on‑call commercial moving contractor to provide city‑wide relocation services for all municipal facilities. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, transportation, packing materials, permits, and incidentals for each move, responding within 24 hours for standard moves and 48 hours for larger planned relocations. The agreement is a 12‑month base term with two optional 12‑month renewals, automatically extending unless either party gives 30‑day notice.
