Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide routine cleaning and maintenance services at multiple municipal locations, including two park board facilities and a fire department building. Services are divided into weekly and bi‑weekly tasks for the park locations (window cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom and kitchen sanitation) and a monthly deep‑cleaning regimen for the fire department (high‑dusting, HEPA vacuuming, mop baseboards, etc.). The contract will require a minimum staffing level of two employees for the fire department site and will involve the submission of a detailed Excel pricing sheet along with all required bid forms.
• Service locations: 950 Eden Park Dr., 2625 Reading Rd., and 3001 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, OH
• Frequency: Weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly tasks as specified per site
• Scope: General custodial duties, high‑dusting, restroom/kitchen sanitation, trash removal, floor care, and specialized cleaning of equipment and fixtures
• Minimum staffing: Two employees for the fire department site
• Required bid documentation: Completed Volume 4 forms and an Excel pricing sheet
