Hampton Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its existing CT scanner with a new permanent unit and to supply a temporary mobile CT scanner for use during the removal, construction, and installation phases. The scope includes delivery, installation, integration, testing, and ongoing support of the permanent CT system, as well as providing mobile CT services to ensure uninterrupted imaging capability throughout the transition period. This project is critical to maintaining continuous diagnostic imaging services for the hospital’s patients. • Deliver, install, and integrate a new permanent CT scanner (the hospital’s sole CT device). • Provide a temporary mobile CT scanner to serve as the only operational CT during construction and removal of the existing unit. • Perform testing, validation, and ongoing support for both permanent and temporary CT equipment. • Ensure minimal disruption to patient care by maintaining continuous CT imaging capability throughout the project timeline.
