Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified providers capable of delivering comprehensive preventive maintenance, repair, parts, and software support for a range of GE Imaging equipment at the Evansville VA Health Care Center (and the Mount Vernon VA Clinic). The effort is an RFI only; no contract award is guaranteed at this stage. Vendors must demonstrate OEM‑approved service capability, maintain rapid response times, and meet strict uptime guarantees for radiology and ultrasound equipment.
• Provide on‑site repair response within 4 hours of a service call and 30‑minute phone support.
• Supply all required replacement parts, software upgrades, and preventive‑maintenance inspections per manufacturer specifications and federal safety standards.
• Submit detailed capability statements, small‑business status, and proof of GE authorized service provider status by the November 2, 2026 deadline.
