Exclusive Pouring Rights At The Phoenix Convention Center, Symphony Hall and Orpheum Theatre

The City of Phoenix is seeking a vendor to provide exclusive pouring rights for non-alcoholic beverages at the Phoenix Convention Center, Symphony Hall, and Orpheum Theatre. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and maintaining vending machines and fountain dispensing equipment, as well as providing marketing and promotional support. The contract will have a term of 5 years with an option for a 5-year renewal. The vendor will be required to provide a variety of reports, including annual sponsorship and pouring rights fees reports, commission reports on vending machine sales, and quarterly rebates on bottles and cans. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide a high level of service, competitive pricing, and a strong marketing and promotional plan. Some key requirements include: • Providing 500 cases of bottled water annually to the City • Creating at least one promotional vending program per year with a total retail value of $15,000 • Maintaining and servicing all equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations • Providing real-time sales data through telemetry on all vending machines • Participating in the City's recycling and waste-reduction programs • Submitting various reports, including annual sponsorship and pouring rights fees reports, commission reports, and quarterly rebates The evaluation criteria for this RFP include financial return, product availability and pricing, operations plan, service level and marketing commitment, and vendor experience and qualifications.
