International Insurance Services

Arizona State University is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a full range of participant/faculty/staff health, emergency medical evacuation/repatriation, and political/natural disaster evacuation insurance services for 4,500 or more participants annually on full‐year, semester, and short‐term customized study abroad programs, university‐sanctioned experiential training programs, and other university‐related student international travel. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposer’s capabilities and resources as they relate to the development, structure, marketing and servicing of the insurance service programs shown above. • The university is looking for a provider of international insurance services for its students, faculty, and staff. • The provider must be able to offer a range of services including health, emergency medical evacuation/repatriation, and political/natural disaster evacuation insurance. • The provider will be expected to service 4,500 or more participants annually. • The university is looking for a provider that can develop, structure, market, and service the insurance programs.
