Description
The NIH’s Hospital and Laboratory Support Division is issuing a non‑competitive, firm‑fixed‑price maintenance agreement for a Leica BOND RX automated staining instrument located at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences campus in Research Triangle Park, NC. The contract will cover preventive maintenance, unlimited emergency repairs, and provision of OEM parts (excluding consumables) for up to five years, with one base year and four optional one‑year extensions. Only Leica Microsystems (or its authorized dealers) may be awarded, as they are the exclusive source of factory‑trained service engineers for this equipment.
