The City of Norfolk, on behalf of the Virginia Zoo, is issuing an RFQ to purchase, deliver, install, and provide warranty support for a single veterinary‑grade Overhead Tube Crane (OTC) digital X‑ray imaging system. The system must include a ceiling‑mounted crane, high‑frequency generator, flat‑panel detector (or compatible Canon CXDI‑701C), radiographic table, workstation/software (compatible with Vet Rocket), and a diagnostic monitor, plus full installation, site‑specific safety testing, and staff training. The contract term is three years, with a minimum one‑year manufacturer warranty and options for extended service. The City will pay within 30 days of invoice after final acceptance.
