Description
The Village of Islamorada is seeking a qualified contractor to develop, launch, and operate a certified springboard diving program at the Ron Levy Aquatic Center. The contractor will design curricula, run private and group lessons for all ages, organize clinics, camps, and dive meets, provide dry‑land fitness instruction, manage marketing and participant recruitment, handle all program‑related costs, and hire additional certified instructors as needed. Compensation is performance‑based: the contractor receives 90 % of lesson fees collected by the Village. The contract runs from fall 2026 through September 30 2027, with an option for annual renewal. Proposals must be submitted by November 30 2026, with questions due by November 18 2026.
