SCADA System Maintenance & Integration Services

Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) is seeking a qualified firm to provide SCADA system maintenance and integration services. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks, including software support, troubleshooting, and installation of new equipment. The contractor must have experience working with SCADA systems and equipment, such as Allen Bradley PLCs, GE PLCs, and Siemens Water RTUs. The contract will be for an approximate 12-month period, with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods. The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including a firm profile, project understanding and approach, resumes, project work references, and a proposed cost. Some key points to note are: • The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in SCADA integration for public and municipal entities. • The contractor's lead programmers and technicians must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing SCADA systems. • The contractor must provide a single Project Manager/Program Manager as the primary point of contact for all work assigned by the County. • The contractor must be capable of providing a 2-hour response in emergency situations when contacted by JCW.
