STTJ)-2027-02 Addendum 2 (Professional Janitorial Services at Marine Facilities in St. Thomas/St. John District

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is soliciting qualified, licensed janitorial firms to deliver daily cleaning and sanitation services for three marine passenger facilities in the St. Thomas/St. John district. VIPA supplies cleaning consumables (disinfectant, deodorizer, tissue, hand soap, paper towels); the contractor must provide all labor, supervision, and transportation. The contract covers a full‑year of daily service (365 days) at each terminal, with additional seasonal coverage at the Creek facility. Bids are submitted electronically by 2:00 PM AST on 10 November 2026.
