Description
Texas Tech University is seeking a qualified vendor to assume full management and operation of its campus store located in the Student Union Building. The contract will cover leasing space, supplying textbooks, course materials, university‑branded merchandise, and optional print‑center services, with an emphasis on innovative retail concepts, online integration, and cost‑effective operations.
• Operate a physical bookstore (including leasing space, staffing, inventory, and sales) and an online storefront that integrates with TTU’s learning management and student‑card systems.
• Provide a full suite of products: new/used/rental/digital textbooks, course supplies, apparel, tech accessories, graduation regalia, and other merchandise.
• Optionally manage the on‑site print shop (≈ $150 k annual revenue) under a revenue‑share or managed‑services fee model.
• Must comply with TTU’s general terms, purchase‑order conditions, IT security addendum (NIST 800‑53, FERPA, PCI‑DSS), and any applicable insurance and bonding requirements.
