Purchase of Admissions Campus Visit Sticker Postcards

The Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of admissions campus visit sticker postcards. The postcards should have adhesive stickers on one side, be printed on 3.4" mil white vinyl with special removable adhesive, and have a finished size of 6" x 9". The awarded vendor will be responsible for mailing the postcards using information provided by the university in Excel format. The vendor should include the cost of postage in their per unit pricing bid. * The bid should include pricing for 5 different quantity options: 15,000, 30,000, 60,000, 75,000, and 90,000 postcards. * The vendor should submit a sample sticker postcard with their bid. * The award of this solicitation will be based on the lowest total per unit pricing for the options listed. * The university reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding process.
