The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) seeks a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, configure, and commission a cloud‑managed, keyless entry and access‑control system at its CZU Headquarters campus in Felton, CA. The work includes providing all materials, labor, permits, and related services to replace existing lock hardware with smart RFID/BLE readers, electrified locks, video intercom, UPS‑backed power, and a centralized software platform capable of managing 25+ doors and 500+ users, with future scalability to ~65 access points. The contractor must also deliver full documentation, training, a minimum one‑year warranty, and comply with California prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and security requirements.
• Provide hardware (smart readers, controllers, electrified strikes/locks, video intercom, power conditioning) for 17 priority access points (later expandable).
• Implement a cloud‑managed software platform (e.g., Avigilon Alta or equivalent) supporting role‑based user management, mobile credentials, audit logs, and remote administration.
• Perform complete installation, testing, commissioning, and training; deliver as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranty certificates; retain ownership of all data and transfer administrative credentials to CAL FIRE.
