In-Car Video, Body-Worn Cameras, and Cloud Digital Evidence Management

The Town of Berlin, CT is seeking a single prime contractor to design, supply, install, and support a complete in‑car video and body‑worn camera system for its police department, together with a five‑year cloud‑hosted digital evidence management platform and full migration of legacy footage. The contract will cover hardware (19 vehicle‑mounted systems, 50 body‑worn units and accessories), installation, configuration, training, warranty, ongoing technical support, and cloud services including secure storage, searchable evidence workflows, redaction tools, and compliance with CJIS and state policies. The engagement is a five‑year term with options for additional years and extra hardware.
