Navajo County is seeking a qualified local newspaper to provide all advertising and printing services for the County’s legal notices, classified ads, and other required publications for the fiscal year July 1 2025 – June 30 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid on a per‑column‑inch pricing basis. Bidders must be a “qualified newspaper” that meets six specific criteria, submit a sealed bid with an affidavit of qualification, and provide sample billing and mock‑up of a legal notice.
