9th Ward Stadium Athletic Facility Operator

The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a qualified operator for the 9th Ward Stadium Athletic Facility. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the facility, including event scheduling and booking, concessions and catering, marketing and sponsorship, and maintenance. The firm will also be required to provide professional management services and ensure that the facility is well maintained, safe, and secure. The contract term will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. • The facility will be used for various events, including sports and entertainment events. • The selected firm will be responsible for maximizing revenue and utilization of the facility. • The firm will be required to provide a detailed plan for managing the facility, including staffing, marketing, and maintenance. • The firm will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and approach to managing the facility. • The contract will be awarded to the most qualified firm, with consideration given to factors such as experience, qualifications, and price.
