CIRCULATION MANAGEMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLMENT OF WYOMING WILDLIFE MAGAZINE

The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide circulation management and subscription fulfillment services for Wyoming Wildlife magazine. The contractor will be responsible for managing subscriber data, processing payments, and mailing magazines to subscribers. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor must have experience in circulation management and subscription fulfillment, and must be able to provide a high level of customer service. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include proposer background and experience, cost analysis, financial services requirement, postal requirement, fulfillment of digital versions, and customer service. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing circulation management and fulfillment for twelve issues of Wyoming Wildlife magazine • Managing subscriber data and processing payments • Mailing magazines to subscribers • Providing customer service to subscribers • Maintaining a master file of subscriber records • Providing monthly reports to the Agency
