The contractor will run a dedicated e‑commerce storefront, manage on‑site retail locations at Auburn’s athletic venues, and operate a downtown “AU Team Shop” brick‑and‑mortar store. The scope includes inventory control, POS integration, staffing, marketing, NIL‑related merchandise, and full reporting to the university. The award will be a five‑year exclusive merchandising partnership with optional renewal periods. • Operate and staff a downtown AU Team Shop and multiple gameday retail kiosks. • Build, launch, and maintain an AU Athletics online store (e‑commerce platform). • Provide inventory, fulfillment, marketing, NIL product support, and regular sales reporting. • Comply with Alabama sales‑tax registration, E‑Verify, and SBA/SDB subcontracting goals. • Submit a financial proposal detailing royalty/revenue‑share percentages, minimum guaranteed payments, and capital investment commitments.
