The VA is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive elevator compliance services—including semi‑annual third‑party inspections and an annual Category 5 full‑load test—at the West Texas VA Health Care System’s Big Spring Medical Center. The contractor must supply certified test equipment, qualified QEI‑certified inspectors, and detailed inspection and test reports, with all work performed on‑site in accordance with ASME A17 standards and VA safety regulations. This five‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract (base year plus four optional one‑year extensions) is open to all eligible small businesses, with special consideration for HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB status.
