Description

The Warren County Fiscal Court is seeking a turnkey, self‑contained Mobile Wireless Surveillance Trailer that can be deployed 24/7 for events, elections, and disaster response. The contractor must supply a heavy‑duty steel trailer with a 20‑ft telescoping mast, at least four high‑definition cameras (1080p minimum, 4K optional), solar‑plus‑battery power capable of five days without sun, cellular (4G/5G) communications, recording/storage for 30 days, and a web‑based software interface. The solution must be DOT‑compliant, NEC‑ and FCC‑certified, and include training, manuals, and a one‑year warranty. • Provide a towable steel trailer (GVWR ≥ 3 000 lb) with integrated leveling and stabilizer jacks. • Equip the mast with 360° rotation, automatic retraction, and wind rating ≥ 65 mph. • Deliver ≥ 4 IP‑rated cameras (1080p/4K, IR night vision, 20× optical zoom) with 30‑day continuous recording and H.265 compression. • Install solar panels (≥ 800 W) and battery system for ≥ 5 days autonomous operation, plus optional quiet generator. • Supply cellular LTE/5G communications, multi‑carrier SIM, encrypted data transmission, and a remote‑access dashboard (iOS/Android compatible). • Provide full documentation, on‑site training, and a minimum one‑year warranty, with optional lighting/deterrence accessories.

Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract ceiling. Comparable mobile surveillance trailers (including chassis, mast, cameras, solar power, communications, and software) typically range from $150 k for a basic configuration to $300 k for a fully equipped system with optional lighting and extended warranty. Assuming the county will procure a high‑spec unit, the expected award value is likely between $150,000 and $300,000. Factors influencing the final price include the choice of camera resolution (1080p vs 4K), solar‑panel capacity, optional generator, and any supplemental lighting or deterrence accessories.
