The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive septic tank pumping services for multiple park and maintenance‑yard locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area. The contract is a five‑year, fixed‑price agreement beginning on or after February 1 2027, with no extension options. The contractor must supply labor, equipment, and disposal services, respond to emergency and after‑hours calls, and adhere to all local, county, and state health‑safety regulations.
