The City of Visalia is seeking a vendor to supply, implement, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for a Construction Management Software system that will streamline and optimize the city’s construction‑project processes, especially for Caltrans‑funded projects. The contract includes software licensing, installation, configuration, data migration, training, and long‑term technical support. Vendors must meet state and federal reporting requirements and comply with sanctions and non‑discrimination policies.
• Deliver a full‑featured construction management platform compatible with Caltrans LAPM reporting standards.
