The City of Powder Springs is seeking a qualified IT firm to enter a term contract to deliver comprehensive managed IT and cybersecurity services for the municipality. The vendor will provide 24/7 help‑desk support, remote and onsite assistance, network monitoring, endpoint protection, data backup, disaster recovery, SIEM monitoring, AI‑related security services, and ongoing compliance with Cybersecurity Liability Insurance and CJIS requirements. Proposals must include firm qualifications, detailed service descriptions, SLAs, pricing (fixed for at least one year), and references from other municipal clients.
