The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)-Energy-FESBA is seeking potential business sources to provide bulk and retail fuel services at various Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel facilities in international locations. Interested firms should be able to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products. • The locations include Aviano AB, Italy; Incirlik, Turkey; Lajes Field, Portugal; Lakenheath / Mildenhall, UK; Ramstein AB/Spangdahlem AB, Germany. • Firms will be expected to maintain product quality and accountability at these GOCO facilities. • The procurement will be unrestricted under NAICS code 493190 (Other Warehouse and Storage) with a size standard of $36.5 million. • The Government anticipates issuing one solicitation and awarding six firm fixed price contracts for the above-listed locations.
