R--DK ONSITE RESCUE TEAM

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a rescue team to provide onsite rescue services during gate inspections at various Reclamation facilities. The contractor will be required to provide a trained and qualified rescue team to be on-site during gate operation, testing, and inspection of emergency, regulating, and radial gates. The team must be able to comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS) for permit required confined space entry. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. * Provide a trained and qualified rescue team on site during gate inspections * Comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS) for permit required confined space entry * Provide rescue services during gate operation, testing, and inspection * Be on-site for the duration of the gate testing and inspection portion of the Facility Annual site inspection * Be prepared to respond to an emergency, as required and applicable
